Discover Peace of Mind with the Purchase of Your New Home

This was my first experience with Explorer Home Inspections. Robert and his partner were fantastic. They set my mind at ease about this home purchase, took time to answer all my questions, and followed up with me several times. This is the team I would use again and also refer to all my friends! Thank you!

Robert was impressively detailed in his inspection of the home we wanted to purchase. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions as the inspection was completed. The report after the inspection was detailed, organized and comprehensive. I highly recommend Robert for his expertise and efficiency throughout the entire process.

Robert was very thorough for the inspection of our potential new home. He made sure everything was explained to us and we knew what the important things were to have fixed.

Robert was very thorough and knowledgeable. He spotted many things I missed. This made my life easier and less stressful.

Robert is the man. High level of detail. Very precise and observant. We had him come in to inspect for mold and provide air quality testing. He found hidden pockets of concern that our neighborhood “handyman” completely missed. We later used him for a new home inspection and 100% trust his perspective; he helped us negotiate repairs we would have missed. You won’t be disappointed, truly. Oh, and his wife is very wonderful as well. Thanks for everything you two!

Robert was very thorough and made himself available for follow up calls ! Great service !

Robert is extremely detailed and knowledgeable. He had no issue explaining what was going on during the inspection and answering questions I had about the home's systems. Curtious and prompt on the report.

Robert was great! He inspected two homes for us, one on very short notice. We received the reports the same day and they were very detailed. Thanks Robert!

Robert took the time to help us with a professional, timely, and thorough walk-through of our home inspection. Thank you, Robert! Will be highly recommending you to anyone else we might know who is in need of your services. Cheers!
